Account Pending Creation

How long is the account (free) supposed to be pending creation? It's been an hour for my account and the status is still "unknown".

it all depends on how many actually are in queue ahead of you. If there's a lot signing up at the same time it can take a couple hours, counted from the point where you confirmed your e-mail address.

Have you gotten the confirmation mail and confirmed your e-mail?
