Account Portal Does Not Exist

Something is happening with my account and I'm not sure why. Since I created it, I have not been able to log in to my portal account. I even emailed myself the username and password that I originally verified worked, and now it doesnt. I tried password recovery, but it is saying that there is no account associated with either of the two email addresses I use. I can still access my FTP link, so I know the account is there, but I got an email saying that I needed to log into the portal to keep it active.

Is there another way of logging in? Seems strange that something would have changed on me without me doing anything.
