Account reactivation access denied

I got "access denied" when I login into "https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login".

I looked up that email address in the system and it looks like the account that was once associated with that email address no longer exists, likely because it has been terminated due to inactivity. You are free to create a new account if you wish
