X10hosting team,
My account was deactivated last year due to non-use. My website requirement was in flux last year so i didn't reactivate it until they were confirmed.

They have been confirmed now, but since you are not allowing new account creation, can this account be re-activated? I am not looking for any data/site to be restored, just the ability to create a new site from scratch.

Hope you can help with this ...TIA

Unfortunately there's no way to reactivate an account that was terminated more then a year ago.

The ones you probably seen us restore recently has all been purged in a manual run during the migrations to DirectAdmin process, and the only reason we allow restores is that they had no email / suspension as warning before the accounts were terminated.

@Anna
Thanks for looking into this.
What are my options at this point of time? when will new sign-ups be allowed?

Currently the new signups are kind of on hold due to the corona issue, head admin wants to be sure he have enough time to monitor sign ups in case some adjustments to our anti abuse systems are needed after the overhaul our backend is going through.

If you are familiar with discord it is possible that you can get an account manually created by Corey (he at least did offer that to users a week ago). An invite link can be found in the thread about Discord in "News and Announcements". Keep in mind though that it may take a few days to get a response due to free hosting being low priority compared to our paid services.
