Hello x10hosting.com staff. Some time ago my account was suspended. I did what I thought was necessary to unsuspend it: log in to the forums and browse them. That wasn't enough and my account was still suspended. Then I tried to create a support ticket, but a server error always occurred.
Now I come back to verify the account (kind of late, I realize) and fins out that it is deleted. Is there any way to get my files back? Please say there is, I lost my hdd and the hosting was the only other place I put them on.
