Good morning, I registered an account yesterday but it apears there were errors in setting my account up on the server? Server is cossacks.

Errors I am getting specifically appear to be the following:
1) Can create FTP accounts but then the server rejects the passwords and unsure but think usernames as well repeatedly.
2) Through WebDisk and file manager, I cannot see any files or folders that should be seen from my /home directory or create files through them, permission errors.
3) Plus I am seeing ssi or perl errors sprinkled throughout the cPanel, areas seen so far is on the FTP accounts section and the main cPanel home page.

This is just what I have noticed so far, can please check on this and correct these errors? I would love to be able to start uploading stuff I am currently developing.

Best Regards,
Steve

yes...I am still seeing the ssi or perl errors and still see nothing in my /home dir through web disk

additionally I forgot to mention earlier going to my site with my domain name is also bringing a 403 error which I assume is related to the permissions issue previously mentioned

I have the exact same problem and iim pretty sure that the error log would show "error log: Warning: DocumentRoot [/home/name/public_html] does not exist"
