account still suspended even the payment is done for premium account

We bought the premium account (Invoice #21819): (Description as below)
InfinityTriennial - crazypricing.x10.bz (04/14/2011 - 04/13/2014)
Dedicated IP: Yes
Until now, the account is still suspended. Please make our account active as the payment done successfully.

No free accounts would be automatically moved over to the premium servers, that has to be requested by opening a ticket in the clients area.

Please note that nulled scripts are not allowed on premium hosting either, so in your case all that would be done to get your premium account up would be setting up a fresh, empty account. Since you did use the same domain the automatic creation most likely failed and I'd recommend you to open up a ticket in the premium clients area.
