Account Supspension Confusion

Hi,
I received an email saying my account had been suspended which I thought was due to inactivity over the last 30 days. However, when I stated the reason for inactivity on my appeal, I was told it would not be lifted. I'm not sure what rules I have broken, please can someone in Admin advise ?

Did it suck up the CPU usage?

He already disputed, and it was denied. The reason was listed in the dispute: "We have no tolerance for proxies, and one was installed to your account by you."
