Account Suspended but can not unsuspend it

I'm having a problem with 1 of my site under 1 account.
Every time I access the following sites, it always redirect me to x10Hosting's Account Suspended page(https://www.x10hosting.com/suspended).
- dansoy.dansoy.x10.bz
- dansoy.com
However, upon logging-in to my account, I haven't received any suspension notice and I have no idea why the sites mentioned above were suspended while the directory where the sites are directed to is still accessible.
Can someone help me.

Getting this too - just set up an account, Wordpress can't install and everything redirects to the suspended page.....

@ piccanat -- clear your browser cache and history. Your site is coming up for me. Index of / with a wp folder containing your Wordpress site with a theme called "Feather"

@ dan -- didn't see a suspension on the system, but your site does redirect to the Suspended page. I tried manually suspending and then unsuspending the account, which often works, but the site still redirects.
An Admin with more powers will have to look deeper into what is causing it.

Can you check it now? I looked but it does appear to be up and running again on its own. cPanel had changed the way they did account suspensions recently; we forced it to go back to the old way, but that caused the suspension to be stuck for a bit.

Whenever I try to do this it I get a page that tells me a can create a new account. I attached a screenshot...
