Account suspended? But not sure..

I can't log into x10hosting account anymore, I get told that the forum account I am logging into doesn't have an associated hosting account linked, but I used to have one...

I have tried to sign up with a new hosting account but it won't let me use my email address because it says that the email address isn't available. The only reason I can think this would appear is because I've already used my email for my original hosting account, which I now can't access..

Are you able to fix up whatever the problem I have is?

My account email is denno020@gmail.com.
My subdomain should be www.pnfc.x10hosting.com - however this doesn't work anymore either..

Could you post your cpanel username, so we may check your account in our system.

Well it's either denno or denno020. I really can't remember now because I've been trying to many different combinations to try and log back in, all without success.

I found a record of the account denno, it was automatically terminated on December 20th after being in a suspended state for more then 10 days.
