Account suspended + can't login in Account panel

I got a lot distracted and forgot to login in the forums to avoid the inactivity suspension (that I think is the suspension issue).

But now I can't go in the account panel to unsuspend. I was checking the forum threads and found this: http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-h...ng-account-panel-signup-error-read-first.html It says that the account panel is working again but I still couldn't login... I misunderstood the second part ("If that did not work then hit Cancel attempt and then signup again at http://x10hosting.com/signup.php.") and made a new sign up.

So now I need to erase that new hosting account and get the old one unsuspended. I hope it can be done.

My account(s) details:

old-domain: gi-rudamas.co.cc
new-domain (this was a mistake): gi-rudamas.x10hosting.com
cpanel username: girudama

Don't know what other info you would need.

Hello,

I have unsuspended your account.

As for account panel, I have not yet been able to confirm that it is fully working, but if it is use the e-mail associated with your hosting account, or your cPanel user name and password.

Thank you so much, now I can login in the cpanel .

About the Account panel, I can't login yet. If I use girudama (cpanel username) I got to the new account that I created for mistake; and if I use my forum username I got an error ("Invalid email address or password supplied.").
