Account Suspended due to "Disallowed Country"

Hi x10hosting Staff Member,

I (account - pconcall.x10host.com) have been using x10hosting for almost 4 months now and use it as a development hosting site for my small computer repair business website in Australia. 4 Days ago my account has been suspended because of "Disallowed Country", this is probably because I have outsource my development work from a website called Fiverr.com. The person who is currently developing my website is from Indonesia. I have spent a lot of hours working with him to finish this site and have always received fantastic service from x10hosting still date.

I am a legitimate company in Australia and I own the account pconcall.x10host.com and I also have a published website “pconcall.com.au” which is live.

I hope your company can resolve my problem and let me continue to use your service as I not done anything wrong. I have submitted an appeal via my account `but I did not receive any response hence I had to post my concerns in this forum.

Suspension are only dealt with through the appeal system, I'm afraid you'll have to wait for a reply from the abuse team there.

Replies are usually within 48 hours, keep in mind free hosting is mostly staffed by volunteers on their free time.

I have not received any response from the abuse team yet hence I tried to get a response through the forums.

Guess I have no choice but to wait for a volunteer to respond.

I usually check the disputes several times a day; only problem is they haven't yet made me a robot so I was probably asleep when you opened it (gosh derned timezones! :) ). I've got maybe 3 or 4 left to work; I'm 99% sure I just ran past yours as well, you should be good to go since the explanation fits what we were seeing on the account.
