Account Suspended due to Inactivity

So found out last week that my account was suspended, never received an email. Followed the remove suspension form and it processed "successfully". I started receiving email again so I thought all was okay. Trying to access my domains today and I still get a suspended page. I can log into cpanel still with no problems, but i'm still suspended according to the domain landing page. Can anyone help?
