account suspended due to violation of TOS

Hello,
Recently, i opened a thread due to problem with domains. when they went for checkup of my account, they suspended my due to violation of TOS.

I read all terms and services at the time of registration but i didnt knew about this term.my website contains full version games. I dont think that anything is illegal there. i have very very very important data stored in my account. its my hardwork of days and nights. i have spent many months creating it. even i havent created a backup. atleast let me download my files and data from file manager.

You do violate our TOS and US copyright laws by providing means to download them, as those games would be hacked/cracked in some way to bypass the need to buy them in order to obtain a license for the games.

The TOS has been the same for at least 3 years (which is when I joined).

This is a zero tolerance violation, no access to your account will be granted for any reason. Eventually the account will be terminated.

i understand. but i cant let my whole hardwork just getting waste. i accept suspension...not me, atleast make a backup urself....itz my request pleaseeee

As Anna informed you, you will not be allowed access to your account or files for any reason.
That is part of the penalty for violating the terms of service.

but my data is kept in ur databases......i'm not asking for accessing account in anyway, i'm just asking for my data. its important to me as much as ur membership here is important to u.

You will not be given access to your files or data.
You will not be allowed to download anything.
We will not give you any access to your account or files for any reason.
As I said before, that is what happens when you violate the TOS.

i wasnt aware of this term.....i saw many webssites offering this type of data which are hosted on x10. plz give me my data and i'll leave x10

You agreed to the terms of service when you signed up.
You should have made sure you understood them all and asked any questions you had at that time.
You are NOT going to get your data back.
I have told you that. Anna (staff) has told you that.
There is nothing else to discuss and no point arguing about it.

sir i am requesting again that plz gimme my data. i dont want anything except it. it wasnt my fault as i wasnt aware of this term. also i'm gonna tell my 5 friends who were gonna purchase premium membership here. they were also gonna make websites with content just like me. i will aware them of this term. anyway, just return my data. thnx in advance
