account suspended for warez

i an using free plan and created a forum on phpbb

please somebody help me to remove this suspention
and also tel me how to get rid of this in future

If your account is suspended you can't access anything, including CPanel. Submit a ticket.

If you really did knowingly have warez on your site, your site will probable be deleted and you will lose everything.

I'm sure you stuff was deleted if you did have warez on your Web site.

I'm guessing that with a username like "cracking", you might well have known that you were hosting warez. If not, then you may just be lucky & be given a 2nd chance by Support.

Notice to anyone reading this: If your site is important to you, Always Back It Up.

- if something goes wrong & it is lost for whatever reason, you can't expect other people to suddenly be able to sort it out for you.

Well, as others have said, if you knowingly had warez in your site, the staff takes it very seriously. Anyway, did you get a reply to your ticket?

It would take too much time for the admins to take backup and send it to every user who doesn't abide the rules.
