Account Suspended / New account doesn't take the old domain

Hi, I'm having some issues.

I've created a new hosting account within the same username, as I couldn't access the old one as it claimed to have no domain nor unsuspension possible. The problem I'm having now is... I can't change the domain name to the old account's one, which was 'tybalt.com.ar'. I tried to, but I get an error message shown below:

But the error is not clarified. I believe it has something to do with the old account, which I don't require anymore. Anyways I don't know what's best. If the old account still exists I'd prefer to take it back.

Hello,

That domain is not listed in the name servers and as far as I can tell does not belong to any account (it is at least not set as main domain for any account), so there's no reason for it to not work.

Do you remember what server your old account was located on, and what was the cPanel user name for it?

As far as I remember, the old account was located on absolut (before the move), and the cPanel username was 'pablin', and I've received the suspension notification on June 13th.

Hello, from what i can see here your account was never backed up.

The only reason for this would be that it was terminated before our maintenance.

From what i can see here you said June 13th, our maintenance started on July 16th. This means that your account was terminated if you never requested unsuspension and got it unsuspended.

There's no problem in that, I wasn't here when all that happened, and fortunately I've a backup of the website on my machine.
The new problem is that I can't set up my old domain onto this new account I have.

The new account is 'yuls' and it's on chopin. But everytime I try to set up the domain 'tybalt.com.ar' occurs an error as the one I posted above, and this error isn't explained, so I can't know why I can't set up the domain...
