Account Suspended - reason: 'unknown'

hello x10...first of all, thank you for all your hard working getting our free account servers back up & running! During the downtime it seems my account was suspended. it tells me:

"Suspension Reason - unknown
Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket."

so thats what i'm doing, hoping everything will be ok

Hello, i apologize for the slow reply...about 10 days or so...i went out of town for a bit.

anyway, i logged in today & it seems my account is still suspended for reason 'unknown'.


please let me know if i need to do anything on my end to help out. many thanks again!
