Resolved account suspended stuck on "We're removing the suspention now"

Hi,
Received email notification april 12, 2021 that account has been suspended for inactivity. Logged in it says welcome back and selected unsuspend account. Then it says "We're removing the suspension now, please standby and reload the page in 1 minute" I waited. I refreshed the screen many times. I logged offed and logged in to try again. Tried waiting a few days and tried again. Waited few more days and tried again. I did the same procedure as in the past with unsuspend account and it always worked.

Let me know how this can be resolved?

now I have an issue from the sso screen "https://x10hosting.com/sso/main" that when I select "Open Cpanel", the next screen at url "https://x10hosting.com/sso/main/caf" says :
"Sign In Successfull"
"Please standby while transfer you to your webhosting account"
"An error has occurred forwarding your signin Retry"

after pressing "Retry" it takes me back to the sso screen "https://x10hosting.com/sso/main".

So after some search i found that I can get to DirectAdmin using "https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222" which gave me a login screen. I entered my user name and same password that I use for the sso screen and it does recognize that account, but signing on to the sso screen using my email and password "https://x10hosting.com/sso/main" I am able to login.

also tried

its possible either you have to many failed login attempts,
and have been blocked because of that.

or maybe using the wrong username/password combinations.
when signing in to the non sso page you use your forum login,
as email login only works on the sso page.

either way only support staff can help with this problem.
you will need to wait for them to reply.

is your website still working?
what is the url, you did not provide that.

yes garrett, i think that is the problem I am having.

I do not care if my account is cleared and have to start from scratch. i would be happy if i could just be able to login and start over again and re-upload my site, but I cannot access it no matter what i try.

Restore is currently running and the account should be back in order in a few minutes.
