Account suspended (un-suspend button inoperative) and then account deleted!

Hiya,

As above. My account was suspended on the 19th April. I tried to un-suspend it however it would't go through. I thought it was part of the migration and so didn't worry about it too much but the account has now been deleted. Please can you revive it.

The system does not show any Free Hosting Account linked to this forum account.
Are you sure it was linked to this Forum account?
cPanel username and main domain name? It will help the Admins.

Hopefully the backups will contain your old files.

Yeah, looks like the yourwebsite.com/cpanel url will most likely get you suspended. I know, it's tricky. I got warned even I was logged into cpanel.
They told me to log in with x10hosting.com/portal instead.

Your account was most likely terminated. We can restore your account if you re-create one.

Just tried to recreate the account using the same credentials and it says the account already exists.

tried using your method, Chatngox and got:
There's a Problem
Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account.

Your account may have been:

• Removed for inactivity; or
• Suspended and removed for a Terms violation; or
• Requested to be deleted.

The good news it that you may sign up again now.

news... I managed to create an account against my Current email address.
the account name is tomvine2.

Hey.

Sorry about the wait on this. I've restored your account back into the new one, as well as your database... please go in and add back any mysql users you had, as well as update your scripts to respect the new database name (tomvine2_ptw).

I know this went quiet a while a go... there is still a niggling problem with my subfolders, in that if I try accessing a page in them it says the account is suspended. I have tried recreating folders etc.

If it is just files in certain folders ... check any .htaccess files in those folders and see if there is a redirect to the Suspended page.
