Account Suspended Wrongfully..

I recieved an email informing me that my site was suspended for inactivity.. Truth is that I installed a game on my site and was visiting daily to play my turns.. I would appreciate it if you would restore my site asap..

I tried to appeal the suspension but unfortunately it will NOT allow me to log into my Cpanel... so ummmmm.. now what?

You must log into the control panel, not just visit the site. If it has been more than 14 days since your suspension, your account may have been terminated.

Please supply your cPanel username and/or main domain name.

startraders.x10.mx is my site... the email I recieved says my account was suspended due to Inactivity which is a blatant lie.. I have logged in daily to play turns on the game that I installed....

Only logging in to the account portal would count as activity, we do not track who is on your site in any way.
