Account suspended

Today I noticed that my account has been suspended. I didn't know why it could have been suspended, so I went to the suspension report (http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?suspensionreport). To my surprise there is no entry telling me that my account was suspended. Next I tried to login to cPanel and I was unable to login. I keep getting the error "Login Attempt Failed!".

Hello, your account does not appear suspended, can you please confirm if everything is working fine now?

It's still the same, when I visit the website it redirects me to http://x10stoli.x10hosting.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi and when I try to login I still get the login error.
