You were not suspended for inactivity, you were suspended for using an unauthorized language. Answer vigge_sWe's question with a 'yes' (and actually do it...), and your site will be unsuspended.

Hi genci1975,

A dual-language site with English and Albanian is acceptable, as long as all Albanian content has an English translation available. Once an account manager sees that you have agreed to give an English translation of your website, they will unsuspend you and let you make the changes to your web site.
