Dear Sirs, i am in great trouble because my account MARCOG1956 is suspended.
The reason is: your suspension reason code is 8F9AD9469D53;
on the panel account is written: NO SITE
I don't understand which TERMS OF SERVICE i have violated: i use my account only for testing purpose, i mean, for seeing on the Internet the graphical output of my site, before publishing it on the "true" site, that i have with the provider TOPHOST.IT.
If persist this situation, i am obliged to change the FREE HOSTING provider, in order to continue my activity.
Please, may you tell me something about the issue?

7. Inactivity
Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 10-day period and then terminated. All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed with the account. To prevent an account from being suspended for inactivity it is required users visit the x10Hosting forums located at http://forums.x10hosting.com at least once every 31 days. Accounts must also have a working website within one week.

I've bolded the important part. Your account still shows the default index.html that came with your account.

I have unsuspended your account, you must place your own index file as soon as possible.

Hi Marco,

It has been over 48 hours since your unsuspension and you have still not uploaded a valid index file - I still see the "Welcome to x10Hosting" default index page. Note that if your website still has no valid index page the next time it is reviewed by our website review team, it will be resuspended.
