Hi

I was away over december, so I couldn't get online and so my account was suspended due to inactivity. It was suspended on the 8th of January, so I re-activated it, came on the next day and it was deactivated again on the 11th January for the same reason, so I reactivated it again.

I just came on again and what do you know, my account was deactivated AGAIN!!!!!

It keeps saying "good news! your account's suspension reason allows for an automatic unsuspension. in order to begin this process, click the following submit. your unsuspension request will be entered in our system-wide queue and processed when its time has come." However, as soon as I log off, it deactivates my account!

So how do you re-activate your account with out having to do it every single time, making it useless because no one can see your site if it's deactivated!

Many Thanks

You must login here once 31 days to avoid inactivity...

First you stay login at forums. then go and unsuspend your account..

and remember to login in forums once in 31 days

to avoid being suspended again, make sure you do login to the forums prior to unsuspension (or immediately after). If you do not do this your account may be flagged as inactive when the system runs its check for inactive accounts, and get placed back into suspension.

An example:
You unsuspend at 1pm, but does not login to the forums at that time.
The system checks for inactive accounts at 2pm, and sees that your last login to the forums are more then 31 days ago. Your account is flagged as inactive and the command to suspend your account is placed in the systems command queue. A little while later the command is carried out and your account has again been suspended.

Note that the system could very well have been checking for inactive accounts a couple minutes after your unsuspension request were carried out, which is why it is always recommended to login to the forums before you request unsuspension in your account panel.

Ahhhh! You have to log in to the forums, not just your account? That's where I was going wrong! Many Thanks for the help to both of you!
