account suspended

hi, i requested unsuspension about 12 hours ago and my site hideout.x10hosting.com is still suspended.

is there anything i can do to get it unsuspended asap?

your suspension reason code is SPND_RUSAGE1
your account's queue id code is: LRTFWLABVZVB

i am using wordpress and the error is

You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3

i dunno how to stop getting this warning. it is really detrimental to my site. do i have ot just stop using wordpress altogether?

certain Wordpress plug-ins have been known to cause high resource suspension on x10.
What plug-ins (if any) are you using?

Mainly cache plugins generally cause this...I believe "super cache" is a menace. Disable any additional caching extenisons and see if it happens again.

using only a plug in that allows php scripts in posts and the blog stats plugin

i will remove these plugins asap but i submitted my unsupend request almost 24 hours ago and account still wont get unsuspended

just need a staff person to unsuspend it pls

Your account should now be unsuspended.

Note that there's currently some work being done to the mySQL server (http://forums.x10hosting.com/service-alerts/109408-mysql-server-upgrade.html) so the connection to the database(s) may go up and down a little, or just be slow.

yeah my sites are up again and phpmyadmin works, but my php scripts that use mysql say: Error establishing a database connection
