Account suspended

Hello,
My Account has been suspended but i cannot un suspend it because i cannot access the account panel. My cPanel username is nexttou. I know that x10 is recently having the account panel changed to a new system but if an admin can unblock suspended accounts if they post here that would be great for everyone.
