Account suspended

Hello, My page has been suspended for no reason for over a month. Is there is a way I can access it via ftp so I can save it and move it elsewhere. Thanks for your free hosting but I cannot continue with so much downtime.

Your account doesn't appear to be suspended, although it did wrongly redirect to the suspension page so it is possible that you at one point were suspended and the unsuspension script failed to restore order completely.

Most of the downtime you've seen recently was due to an announced maintenance.
