Your forum is vBulletin. It's very rare for a free hosting user to actually be using vBulletin legally.

Did you purchase vBulletin from the official website?

This seems to be an automatic suspension by the server scanner.

Right, so the vBulletin might be legal, but the scripts found at public_html/tamiltribes.com/ / is most definitely nulled.
The account will remain suspended until terminated.
