Account suspended

My account suspended - Spamming, zt.
I have installed phplist script today and sent emails ,now my account disabled
is that illegal using phplist?
if illegal delete that script http://shamax.tk/list and please reactivate my account

To be suspended for spamming, means that either:

1. your script sent out more emails in an hour than was permitted (limit is 100 per hour)
2. or someone complained about receiving unsolicited email from you

Either reason is a permanent suspension.

As mentioned above its A PERMANENT SUSPENSION.

For the record, you were sending out 5099 emails, all within an hour, which would be why you got suspended.
