Account suspended

Hello
I'm trying to unsuspend my account but when I click on the "Your account is suspended. Click here to resolve." A window appears that says "Unsuspension requested. Thank you for your patience", but apparently does nothing.
I have left this window open for hours but the result is the same.
What's going on?
