Login to the account portal and open a dispute from there, that is the only place suspensions is dealt with.
To properly link this forum account with the hosting account, login to the account portal, click "Get support" then "Visit forum", on the popup that is shown after clicking that last link you will see a link that says: "Link your existing community forums account."
Optionally you would see what the name of the currently linked forum account is.
Having them properly linked means that we can click a small button under your forum avatar to get information about your hosting account, if it isn't properly linked we have no way to actually know that the account you are asking about is actually your account, which limits us to only answer generic questions.
