Account Suspended

I uploaded a File that was violating and breaking the rules for "Phishing" when I had NO IDEA this was what I was uploading. I was trying to find an old version of a game site's Theme from 2010 in the internet so I could use one of their backgrounds that I liked for my own Theme, and as soon as I uploaded it my forum was suspended I had no reaction time and did not know this was a bad file.

Someone please help me get my forum back up Ive spent hours on hours making this website and to have it gone for something that I had no intention of doing whatsoever would be awful for me.

I'm updating your appeal shortly; I've erased the file that caused the suspension, however you need to be aware that you cannot just take their background without explicit written permission - that is copyright infringement, which can and likely will get the account issued a permanent suspension next time. That the page wasn't a phishing page is the only reason I'm able to lift this once.
