Account Suspended

Hi All ,

Really Really Hoping somebody can help me here .

My website www.climaxpromo.x10.mx has been suspended , firstly can i ask why as i keep to all the rules and b can i get it back or at least have a copy of the files as i need the database contained from one of the pages for staff recruitment.

Also getting this ( see screenshot ) when i login

Hi Climax, it looks like you've posted from a forum account that is not tied to www.climaxpromo.x10.mx, so that is why leafypiggy mentioned your account was terminated. I'm actually seeing www.climaxpromo.x10.mx under a different forum account and email address. Do you need help in getting access to that account? Once you're able to access it you'll be able to remove the suspension yourself.

Hi Byron, I am trying to get into the account linked with www.climaxpromo.x10.mx . i think i may have gotten myself confused. I only started this site around july august . i must have signed into the older account that i was aware had been terminated . Could you please point me in the direction of which email adress i used for this site as i was sure it was this one .
