Account Suspended

Hi,

I've been trying to get my site unsuspended for the past few days by going to the https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login
site. But it's been a few days since I logged in and my site is still suspended. Just asking if you can look into this, my site is http://snda.pcriot.com

See my earlier replies in http://community.x10hosting.com/threads/account-suspended.194681/; yours was affected by this same issue. I've fixed the broken DNS entry but it may take 24-72hr for the DNS update to propagate, although you may be able to speed up the process by running "ipconfig /flushdns" at a Windows command prompt.
