I have received an account suspension notification:
Date − 2014-10-29 06:06:13
Reason − You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you sign into the x10hosting website at least once every month to keep your account active. You're able to unsuspend yourself immediately from our website.
I clicked on 'unsuspend', and now the message below reports: "We are now unsuspending your account" but nothing happens.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, even though I can now sign in to my account, the website itself is still being blocked and delivers the following message:
Account Suspended
The web hosting account you're trying to reach has been suspended by x10Hosting administration.
If you are the account owner please sign in to review your account and submit for an unsuspension.
Is there something else that I should do?
