My account was suspended yesterday due to host of malicious files.

This happened when I was going to upload an add-on and it just cut me out of the ftp. I automatically realised it was malicous.

I've had my account for a long time and made serveral changes to my website before and I never had any issues.

This was a mistake, I was fooled by an add-on provider that tried to install a backdoor on my site, thats what the virus total scan said it was.

I have my company clients data CRM on my database on this host. I beg you guys for mercy, my last backup is from 16/06/2017. Thats probably only half of the client base I have now.

I'm literally ruined if you guys don't open an exception and I promise to only use verified files or at least my database backup.

Kind Regards

Edit: Just saw the sticky about suspensions and I see I can't post this in here, but I'm unable to create an appeal. Thanks

Thank you very much for taking a look into this.

More information I can give:

For I can see on the scans I did the file in question is "returnyGx.php" a "Backdoor:pHP/Shell.N".

Immediately after upload of this file through a ftp client my account was suspended.

I checked into this a bit more; it does look like an email was originally sent in and denied by another staff member, but I'm showing the malware was removed while the system was in the middle of processing the suspension (which fits what was mentioned in the email, that you were erasing it as soon as you realized it was bad). I've gone in and removed the suspension, but bear in mind we can only lift a suspension like this once - double-check everything before uploading just to be safe. Other than that, the suspension should be lifted by the time you see this message; have a good rest of the day!
