CPanel reports this error:
[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]
in almost every section. Also, FTP Root Account disappeared and I have no way to access files on my domain to make a backup copy.
FTP Access with last used configuration reports a " Fatal Error! Password Incorrect".
While PHPBB installation on my domain report the generic error " Could Not Get Style Data " altough I can see all files ( thanks to Legacy File Manager ) are present.
I hope this details might be usefull...thank you for your precious time.

As far as i can see many other users seems to have same problems, or related somehow with this malfunctioning.

After searching the DOCs of phpBB regarding the general error given, I've found what it seems to be the problem:
all files on the domain are automatically classified as Read-only file system.
This prevents ANY installation to run correctly [ Joomla, phpBB, VBulletin, etc. ] ( infact you can note more than 20 other posts regarding same problems ) since the all need at least one folder with CHMOD 777.
Also, I've regained access to my FTP but when i try to manullay set permissions here it comes the error: 550 CHMOD 777 *filename*: Read-only file system!
Please investigate the source of this problem ( maybe a mis-configuration during file transfers to the new server? ) and fix it.
