Account Suspension/No Support Available

Hello there, i'm just a bit annoyed at the moment because i've recently hosted a website with x10hosting for a game project i've been doing for the PSP, which delivers users the latest updates and download links for the project, but recently i've had it suspended and the reason i'm annoyed is because i keep all of my databases, blogs, themes and whatever else hosted on the server and not locally to save hard-drive space, and i cannot get this data back if i lose it, which means i have to spend many hours making everything again from scratch. because of suspension. I have been logging into the forums each month but that didn't seem to do anything and i have had 2 e-mail suspension notices. Hope this message is understandable, Please could i have my website unsuspended (mungyodance-portable.x10hosting.com)

There is no hosting account listed under your forum account or your domain name. It was probably terminated from being suspended for a period of time. You can signup for another hosting account though: http://x10hosting.com/free-hosting-signup

No, that won't be possible if the account was actually terminated.

What was your cPanel name? The domain listed was not found in the system when I searched though.

I don't remember the cPanel name, do you mean the login for cPanel
only usernames i can remember are RohanSuchomski and Raccoonfire

I have used raccoonfire on another account that i've used to host a site for a friend of mine whose paying for the domain, but it's possible the login is raccoonfire, if there's no hope i'll have to start again, i'll probably redesign the whole site if i have to

Cpanel wouldn'tve been raccoonfire; cpanel's limited to 8 characters for the login names for cpanel.

I'll have to say i can't remember then, i can post a lot of names that i've used before but i don't want to put you through too much trouble just for me. only other one i can remember is rohanss.

Just correcting myself, i went through my emails earlier and i guess the cPanel login was 'rohanrss'
