Account Suspension Notice

Hi I received an email this morning stating "
Notice of Account Suspension
This email notification is being sent to inform you that your hosting account has been suspended by x10Hosting's administration due to inactivity.

It is important that you request an unsuspension immediately. Inactive free web hosting accounts are removed from our servers after 21 days.

Please sign into the x10Hosting website for the option to remove the suspension."

When I try to log in i get the notice that's in the attached file. Also when I click on "Account Control Panel" under x10Hosting Community Helpful Links, I get the same message.

How may I remove the suspension?

Please could you try logging in with your cPanel username instead (efran) and let me know how it goes?
