Account suspension, please help

Hi,

My account is currently suspended (due to inactivity). I submitted an unsuspension request several days ago but am still suspended. Could someone please look into this for me? It would be very much appreciated. thanks.

It still says I am suspended...? I have tried refreshing the page. Should it update immediately or does it take time?

It will still show as suspended in the account panel, but is not actually suspended. This is due to our backend system not updating. The backend system should show the correct information within 24-48 hours. Your website should be fully accessible now and if there is any issues let us know.

When I try and access the website I just get taken to a 'default web site page' that says If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact the web site owner etc.

I use a parked domain, so this could be part of the issue.. Has the IP address of Chopin changed in the last few days?

I seem to have fixed the problem. I followed the advice in this thread and then flushed dns, and it now appears to be working.
