Hey, I received an email this morning stating my account has been suspended. I found the following reason in the control panel: Instant off-site redirect on the main domain, unsupported language without translation on the other two (chinese). So I have two questions here, one is I didn't setup any redirect for the main domain thus I don't understand why did I received this notification, another questions is I have read the free hosting term before and I do think my site contains the translation of most of the contents from Chinese into English, most English/Chinese labels are even placed in pairs, so I don't see any problem with this.... anyway.... could someone help me with this? Thanks.

Hi there,

We're not a redirect service, so that would have been the "main" suspension reason. Also, it is a requirement that you have a full manual translation of your site(s), not just some of it. Google translate or equivalent(s) is/are not acceptable.

Thanks stpvoice. Could you unsuspend my account so I can fix the translation problem? But actually I'm still confused about the redirect... how could that come to my site since I don't have any redirect on my website? Thanks again for your help.

Code:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^.*$
RewriteRule ^/?$ "http\:\/\/lionyling\.spaces\.live\.com" [R=302,L]

From your .htaccess; that's pretty much an instant redirect off site.

The unsupported language is a zero tolerance permanent suspension as per our TOS:
At this time x10Hosting only supports English, Spanish and French websites on free hosting, these restrictions do not apply to paid hosting. Sites found breaking this rule will be permanently suspended.

As such the suspension is permanent and cannot be removed for any reason.

Thanks, Livewire. Well, now I understand the violation of TOS would result a permanent suspension. I'm thinking about subscribe to the paid service from http://x10premium.com/ so is there a way I could retrieve my old files and transfer the service to x10Premium? Could I sign up for the unlimited hosting service and open a support ticket asking to transfer my old files to the new service? Thank you.

Yes, as long as the content does not violate the premium hosting TOS that would be possible.
