Account suspension reason unclear

i got a mail today regarding suspension of my account, i rarely get suspension because of inactivity reason and i thought its the same issue,but when i logged in to my admin panel it said:

Your web hosting account has been suspended.
Date − 2014-10-29 02:13:00
Reason − Administrative suspension.

and i filed an appeal regarding this.
can anyone please provide me the reason of suspension or help me to unsuspended my account as i have no back up of my website.

its really confusing sir. i have really important website on that server is there any way to remove the suspension and the file that caused it if not then can i get backup of my website kindly?

sir,there isn't any reply from appeal section yet. i have developed an google cloud massaging api with real hard work for one of my android apps and also even that code is only on your server, i dont have that in my pc as i had to get a new hdd ,the old one corrupted last year. i am your old user registered in 2011. kindly help me out.

Appeals do take some time for us to process as there's a specific team (read: me and a handful of others) who can access and view them. Yours was replied to 15 minutes and 30 seconds ago according to the ticket system, and is currently awaiting a response. I do apologize for the delays in processing, however we need to fully review each to determine if it was a compromise or if it's intentionally malicious and must be permanent.
