MY ACCCOUNT IS SUSPENDED

You have been suspended for violating our max email per hour rule - free hosting accounts are only allowed to send 100 emails per 1 hour (3600 seconds). Contact x10hosting support to resolve this suspension

This is soo stupid! i only sent an email to my members, that was only once!
This is not fair! this is rediculous, someone read this right away!
I need my important mysql databases back.

The staff have all been working on other projects for x10Hosting. I did see your other thread and I can say that if you want to mass mail all of your members, you might want to set a limit on your software for the amount of e-mails that go out an hour. Any modern day forum software or mailing script should have such an option to do so. Also, if it's something important, allowing a day or two of extra time to allow the script to do it's job and get to every user as well as to allow for delivery (e-mail isn't always instant, unfortunately), it should keep things running smoothly for everyone.

It may not be fair, but you can thank those who sign up for hosting just to set up a mail relay or a spam bot causing the servers to be blacklisted. It's one of those measures in place now to try to mitigate the problems that people have been complaining about in terms of e-mail. We've already caught a person or two already with the system in the past if I'm not mistaken.

Do you have more than 100 members on the forums? If you have, that is why you were suspended (if you sent an email to every user.

Do you agree that you are gonna try to find a way to send the emails so it wont be more than the limit?

Next time use Google Apps so you don't end up suspended again.
