account suspension, requesting for account unsuspension,

hi x10hosting team,

my problem is, i didn't read before the TOS before doing anything on my site, now i get my account suspended, but now i have read the TOS, and i promise that i will follow the rules and regulations and the Terms Of Service.

in this case, i would like to request for an account unsuspension for my account, even if i know and understand that it is an permanent suspension, still i would like to request for unsuspension and i will clean up my web site violating the TOS. or you can delete all the files in my account and unsuspened my account

my reason is, i want to keep my domain name, and i want the boru server, if i'm going to sign up again, there is no guarantee that my web server will be in buro,

please help me in this, thank you.

The problem here is that you agreed to follow the TOS when you signed up, we assume that you also read what you agreed to.

The suspension is permanent, which means that for no reason will you get any access back to your account. It will eventually be terminated.
