Account Suspension (Urgent !!)

Hello Please help me Urgently !!

I found my account suspended recently without any reason, I use forums frequently so there is no reason about in activity.
I got following suspension details :

Your Account is Currently Suspended
Your hosting account with the username is suspended, access to this account has been disabled. The reason for suspension is listed below.
Suspension Reasonuser transfered to another server.
Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket.

Please provide help as soon as possible.

It's related to the emergency move with Cossacks.

It has been 6 days and my account is still not working... I kindly request Administrators to provide details about suspension and when should I expect to start it again ?

All packaged accounts have been fully moved over, but all transferred accounts are not yet restored onto the new server.

In total account restores were at 60 % (includes both cossacks and lotus) last I heard, which was this morning (roughly 6 hrs ago).

I can unsuspend the account, but I can not guarantee that it works depending on where in the process your account are. The suspension were placed by cPanel to ensure data was not corrupted during the packaging and moving process and the suspension will resolve it self once the new server will be the one serving your site.

I can unsuspended your account, but I can not guarantee that the account will be fully functional as the servers may be offline.

Don't unsuspended my account, let the restoration process go itself. I think when restoration will complete, my account would start automatically.

yes, shouldn't be too much longer now.

Dunno exactly as I haven't had any update on where in the process we are, but around 24 hrs ago it was at 60 % (total for cossacks and lotus combined)
