Account suspension warnings

Why am I getting suspension warnings? I thought that this account had been transferred to a premium account about 6 months or so ago.

Hello,

It is highly likely that the account was copied over, but the free account never removed, in which case you'd still get the warnings for the free account. This does NOT affect the premium service though.

Normally the free account would have been deleted after about a week though, I'll look into that.
