Account Suspension

We received a splash page indicating that our account has been suspended by admin when we attempted to access our URL lockportberries.x10hosting.com. No reason was provided on the splash page for the suspension and I was not able to login to the account management or cpanel as I was getting a login failure. The FAQ and troubleshooter directed us to create a support ticket. We have a recently created free hosting account. Please help/explain.

To login into the account panel use your forum credential. As for the suspension, you currently show up as unsuspended. If you haven't unsuspended yourself, maybe an account manager did.

Hi There,

My last post can be disregarded. I was able to login to my account management through this forum. It allowed me to access my suspension reports which indicated the reason for suspension. I have since submitted a request for reactivation.

Use your forum credential for everything except the actual cPanel interface located at http://<yoursite>:2082/

Your account isn't suspended, and your website is loading fine for me (see attachment).

Try clearing your browser's cache and make sure you're visiting the right URL.
