My hosting account has been suspended. I do not know the reasoning behind this, so could someone tell me what's going on?

If you login to account panel at http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

You can see the reason. If it is normal resource usage you can unsuspend yourself. If it is violation of TOS then staff has to take action for that.

you were suspended because you never uploaded any site. You need to have a working index page in 1 week from account creation.
