Account Suspension

My account has been suspended do to cpu overuse. It was a mistake that was made in editting a template that has caused this problem. I unsuspended the account and before I could get into my wp admin panel to correct the change, I was suspended again. How can I correct this issue. Thanks.

If this is second suspension then you can unsuspend yourself. in account panel. http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

If it is third then staff has to unsuspend your account.

It was originally the second and I unsuspended myself. It immediately suspended me again to make my third. How long does it typically take to get unsuspended by the staff. If I could get to one file, I could fix the issue.

Right now no staff is on the forum so when they see this thread then they will unsuspend you.

Generally they will come here and there. So don't worry.

In the wordpress some plugins are giving the problem. Check the plugin and disable it.

I got suspended again before i could change it. How do I change the file when I can't get to it without being suspended?
Edit:
can an admin log into the account and just change the theme for nprblast.com to the default wordpress theme? that will correct the issue.

Once you unsuspended then

Use ftp
connect to your host
download the file
change it
upload it.

That is better option.

The problem is that he's changing a setting in WordPress, not editing a file.

One thing you can do is log into FTP, navigate to the wp-content/themes/ directory and rename the folder of the broken theme. I can't remember if that just breaks WordPress or if it then resets itself to the default theme, but either way, it'll avoid your theme altogether.

Thanks. As soon as the suspension is lifted, I will do that. That will make life easier. Boy I didn't think a screw up in editing a theme could cause such problems.

depends on how you screw up, if you accidental cause an infinite loop it would cause an issue.
