Account suspension

My account says that " You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3".I cannot understand what this thing means.

Can someone explane to me what this means?

I'm not sure... I get the one where, if I don't use this forum, my account becomes suspended. But in your case, it seems different. How long have you been using this hosting service? How often do you use the hosting server? I'm curious. Maybe that might clear up something.

High resource usage means that for a period of time your site uses up more then it's fair share of resource, such as CPU and memory.

The first two times you can unsuspend yourself through the account panel, after that you need to open a ticket and ask a staff member to unsuspend your account. You'll also need to do your best to figure out and correct any scripts that uses to much of the server resources.

Thank you for your answers. I have been using this hosting service for 4 days only. I don't think that a script of my website causing any HI CPU usage. You can have a look on my website and realy believe me you will not find a lighter website. http://www.enallaktikos.co.cc

Shout boxes and chat scripts are known to use a high amount of resources, especially if there's mySQL in the backend.

Further more they are prohibited by TOS, you'll need to remove that.
